In which way? Maybe that just particular match which had no significant impact to both of the teams. Liverpool ended this season with a goal difference of 28 against untied's 15, yet United finished 3rd in the league eight points ahead of Liverpool who came in 5th! Also, United's keeper De Gea ended up winning the golden glove this very season. Amongst the top 5, united had the least GD but still managed to finish 3rd to qualify for the champions league, isn't it safe to say that that's a sensation from Manchester United?

Congratulations to Mo Salah. I'm a Fiorentina supporter (since the 1980s) and there's only been a small number of departures from Florence that have really hurt me...Antognoni, Baggio, Bati, Rui Costa. Salah is on that list. He was superb for us in the brief time he was in Florence and I'm absolutely delighted to see what he has gone to to achieve. When Liverpool signed him in 2017 for £40m some of my Liverpool-supporting friends were not sure about the deal. I had no doubts Salah would be fantastic.

Fowler was one of our greatest ever strikers. Salah plays on the wing and broke his record in much fewer games. He has also scored more goals than the great Thierry Henry. What Salah has done in 5 years beggars belief. And looking at his ripped physique yesterday, he looks like he will be playing another 5 years at a high level.

@@whateverk491 Judging from the first half, I would say that Man U is not a bad side per se, they just didn't play at the same level in the second half as they did in the first half, and Liverpool also raised their level in the second half. Combine those two factors and you get DESTRUCTION! I'm a Leicester fan by the way.

Whenever I feel down and low I come back and watch this and the 4-0 vs barca. They are so therapeutic.

Elite display, that volley from Salah for 4-0 is a venomous strike, Nunez has magnets on his head, absolute tower. And Gakpo cutting inside this match was like watching prime Robben. May the team continue as close to this as possible

Those Cody Gakpo finishes were lit 🔥Both from tight angles made it look so easy. This is what Gakpo is all about.

Comments like Neville during HT saying that Liverpool are average, or the whole united stand lot saying Liverpool will lose(1-0 behind during HT) etc, whilst United litteraly did nothing in the first half except defend and try to counter like Stoke City... the only chance they had was offside ffs

Ten Hag was over confident and told the media they expect to win so it rubbed off on his team in contrast to Klopp who said Man U was excellent and praised Rashford. That was the difference. Humility is a virtue, arrogance is a failing, simple as.

It is just incredible what the club has achieved over the years under Klopp. Though the season hasn't been what we want, the demolition of your arch-rival is just so crazy. Always there is an opportunity for an attack player to get hat-trick but that can go over the overall sum of goals and may be performance due to emotional issues, Mohammed were in situations that potentially enables him to get the goal but he passed it to his teammate because they were in a higher probability to get the goal. If he is selfish he would not pass it, instead, he would have the try to get the goal in order to be praised for the hat-trick. That doesn't apply on Mohammed alone but Mohammed was an example. That's my opinion.
