What a Game it was! As a LASK-Supporter it was a pleasure to welcome such a huge club in The Oberösterreich Arena! I think we can be proud of ourselves, it was a good game of us with a fair win for Liverpool at the end. After the game many, many supporters of LASK & Liverpool went to the same bar and celebrated together - and I think that is what our favourite sport is all about! @@rswrsw78 The best manager by far was Bob Paisley. Klopp made a massive mistake not getting rid of the deadwood since the 2019 CL final, our squad was exhausted and fell apart last season. Sure he has shiny teeth but Paisley (and others) replaced the deadwood so the team and squad remained fresh and capable of competing in multi cup competitions. That's my only criticism of Klopp.

Compared with BPL aso. we are a small team and only the last ~5years in our history we had ongoing international success (win against Besiktas, Basel, Eindhoven, Sporting aso). LASK supporters have been hungry for such games since decades. Corona took the games against Man U and Tottenham away from us so everyone was waiting for another big name and so finally we have been blessed with the biggest name of the UK - Liverpool. I think thats some reasons why the atmosphere and the cele of the fantastic goal was so special...

salah is playing better than ever with these new players around him. I've noticed a comraderie amongst this group i havent seen for a while theres is huge quality in the squad and everyone who isnt playing seems to be happy with their part. Whereas last year i felt there was certain players like OX who i love as a player but i dont think he was happy on the bench and some others too. Also players seem to respect the quality of their teamates and trust them not trying to win the game by themselves or trying to do to much.

Team looks great, I still see that dm position haunting us tho. I believe Endo can do the job but he had a really bad game. Mac and Szobo are too good offensively it would be a waste to put them there. Gravenberch look’s a quality signing aswell, but he’s also offensive tho

I wish that Salah played at least 30 minutes, we could've seen more goal contributions from him because he was hot and ready. Szobo and Macca make a huge difference in the midfield especially when Nunez and Salah are around.

As a Linz based Liverpool fan this match was a dream come true for me, the atmosphere was amazing. Could not have asked for a better match, LASK gave everything they had in this match and made it competitive.

That stadium was absolutely rockin. If there's one thing I love about the Europa League it's the atmospheres these smaller teams create. You just don't see this in the CPL.

Nice to see this up ! Klopp is the best isn’t he? Their goal was a training session worldie, didn’t offer much mor to be truthful. Once Klopp made a few changes it all worked nicely

The good thing is it captures basically the whole atmosphere meaning it includes fans of the opponent teams too, and from here we can see how passionate and involved the lask fans were, while still being respectable (well there's no clip to suggest their fans were unruly), it would've been such an enjoyment to be inside this stadium (especially when the result favored your team hahah) - it was electric!
