I just finished watching "Sunderland Til I Die" on Netflix, hope the club to get back on track cuz i saw so many similarities between the two clubs, especially the fact that the club and the fans are a like a big family. Good luck and hopefully see u in the top flight soon.

Not sure how and why but it's like magic ....you can go thru rough times that make you cry but when your a football fan ...jus the touch of a football release so much stress....

Jordan Henderson was my favourite football player since 2014, everyone said i was seeing things and that he wouldnt be great. Hendo was 24 at the time and I just fell in love with his style!! Now that he is our cappy and has been in exceptional form, people have came to apologize and tell me they never expected him to play the way he is now... Jordan Henderson is my favorite player and I hope one day I'll get to see him live!

Same for me ! What a player, so smart and combative footballer, and what a mind of captain he have, always think of the team before everything on the pitch, nothing risky, make play the others, carry the defense, perfect passing, he can shoot as well, organizing, smart plays.. And everytime he gets injured we were in trouble, like in last times.. And what a story finally people forced by his talent and the talent of all LFC players to see, understand and recognize why he is a very usefull and good football player. Football is a team game, and Jordan Henderson is one of the footballers who have the most understood it. Ah, and he loves LFC so much a simple look on his face after goals or lifting the european cup can certify it.

You're right. He was immense in that 2013/14 season as well. #1 reason for not winning the league that year-- IMO Hendo's red against city in injury time

This is especially hard too for hendo considering what he went thru with his dad. Bless ya dave YNWA

I’m a Sunderland fan, went to the same secondary school as Jordan and watched him develop through Sunderland’s academy. I must say it is a great honour to see what a gentlemen he has turned out to be and what a captain and leader he is as well. Well done on winning the league Liverpool, it is well deserved.

Ive said this before on here, as a united fan of nearly 30 years, liverpools sense on community speaks volums about the teams ethos. Its horrible to say but champions on and off the pitch. Advertisment or not, a touch of humanity andclass shown by the club.

Never understand how anyone can dislike these videos, regardless of who you support, this is truly emotional and beautiful. Not afraid to say this brought a tear to my eye. YNWA. No matter what happens to this club I will always be a red through and through.

WBA fan here - this made me cry, horrible story with what's happened to their family. For all the stick that Liverpool get, they really are a community oriented club. Top class what they have done!

I met him before and it seems like he hasn't changed, just a great hardworking individual who wants the best for everyone.

Lost my Dad and my Brother in 2017/18. They were LFC fans and they will never walk alone. Hendo such a genuine guy who puts everything in to what he does. What you want from a Captain.

Grown woman from Germany here; cried my eyes out watching this video. So impressed with Hendo's demeanor in this interaction. Whereas a lot of people, especially men, get incredibly uncomfortable around raw emotion and tears, he was calm and kind, really listening and hearing the fan's pain, showing understanding. Beautiful! A great man.

What a gentleman. A model professional, gives 100% every time he plays. A magnificent captain and seems a top lad. I’m an NUFC fan, and even times when he’s played us he doesn’t get embroiled into banter with the fans ( Given his Sunderland roots ) Just gets on with his game. The lad deserves every glory he achieves, he’s earned it.

Hendo has proven to me he can play right back if Alexander Arnold ever needs a rest or God forbid gets injured. His tenacity, defensive abilities, and ability to whip a perfect cross into the box will translate well. Hendo is so good, he can play MULTIPLE positions in the Liverpool system well. So glad to have him with us. He is so under rated.
